These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of keystonetech.ca (the "Site") operated by Keystone Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the Site.

Service relationship
Information presented on the Site is for general informational purposes. It does not by itself create a service or contractual relationship. The terms of any IT services we deliver are governed by a separate written services agreement signed between you and Keystone Technologies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising under these Terms.
